#313 Observation Exercise: Unveiling the Beauty of Pure Awareness in the Inner Journey 🧘‍♂️👀🎭

There was an activity where we observed each other for 2 minutes and gave two pieces of feedback, along with a single word within 30 seconds.

Most of us tended to rationalize the feedback. One objective was to create awareness of the mind's nature to rationalize and chatter.

What I loved the most was the intent behind it—pure observation of oneself and others. In the inner journey, one of the skills is to look at things as they are, a state of enlightened observation devoid of passion and choice. 🧘‍♂️👀

Fun ways to introduce this concept can involve engaging activities like the one we did, allowing participants to experience firsthand the challenge and beauty of observing without the interference of the rational mind. 🎭🤔
